Leg 2 begins

The race for Class 4, Robin’s class, started at 2:40 p.m. Bermuda time under an overcast sky with 10 to 12 knots of wind. Robin crossed the line in good position – second or third place – with all the boats bunched together. Before we got to Town Cut, the short, narrow passage between rock cliffs which is the gateway to the Atlantic, we had been passed by a couple of boats because the cutter rig limited our sail handling ability.
